What is a mutual fund?

Mutual funds are a pattern of fund management or capital programs that allow people to invest in a set of investment instruments available in the market through mutual fund units. These funds – stocks, bonds, money market securities and other securities – are managed by an Investment Manager.

According to the Capital Market Law No.8 of 1995 Article 1, paragraph (27): “Mutual funds are vehicles used by an Investment Manager to gather funds from the public for investment in a Securities Portfolio”

Conventional mutual funds are generally divided into 4 categories :

•   Money Market Funds

•   Fixed Income Funds

•   Balanced Funds

•   Equity Funds

Syailendra Capital currently has four types of conventional mutual funds, i.e.

Equity Fund (Equity Opportunity Fund Dynasty)

Balanced Fund (Syailendra Balanced Opportunity Fund )

Mutual Fund Fixed Income (Syailendra Fixed Income Fund)

Money Market Fund (Syailendra Dana Kas)
