Presiden KomisarisJos Parengkuan is one of the founders and has served as Chief Commissioner since 2016. Previously, he served as President Director since 2006. He has over 34 years of experience in the capital market in the fields of equity research, investment banking, and fund management. After graduating from City University Business School in London, he began his career at several leading financial companies such as Citibank and Lippo Securities. He also successfully established the Wealth Management division in 2003 when he joined Danareksa.
Roy Himawan is one of the company's founders and has served as a commissioner since 2016. Previously, he served as a director since 2006. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the capital market, particularly in retail equity sales. He started his career in 1995 at Lippo Securities before joining Trimegah Securities for 6 years.

CEOFajar R. Hidajat officially joined the company and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He brings nearly 31 years of experience in the capital market, specifically in securities firms and investment management. Before joining the company, he served as Chief Executive Officer of PT CIMB Principal Asset Management (2014-2016), Investment Director at PT CIMB Principal Asset Management (2012-2013), Investment Director at Trimegah Asset Management (2010-2012), Portfolio Manager & Head of Asset Management at Trimegah Securities (2005-2010), and Head of Research at Trimegah Securities (2000-2005).
Gunanta Afrima

Gunanta Afrima joined the company and has served as Operations Director since 2016. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the capital markets, specifically in debt fixed income and investment management companies. Prior to joining the company, he served as Operations Director of PT CIMB Principal Asset Management (2012-2016), Director of PT Insight Investments Management, and Commissioner of PT Insight Investments Management.
Ahmad Solihin

Ahmad Solihin joined the company and has served as Investment Director since 2018. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the capital markets. Prior to joining the company, he served as Head of Equity Research at PT BNP Paribas Asset Management (2010-2018). He also previously served as Co-Head of Research at PT Mandiri Sekuritas before moving to CLSA. He began his career at DBS Vickers and Macquarie following his graduation from KU Leuven, Belgium.

Harnugama joined the company and has served as Marketing Director since 2014. He has over 31 years of experience in the capital market. Prior to joining the company, he served as SVP Head of Institutional Coverage (2011-2014) and VP Head of Treasury (2006-2011) at PT Danareksa Persero, SVP Head of Fixed Income at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (2000-2006), PT Bank PDFCI (1996-2000), and Bank Indonesia (1993-1996).
