We hereby inform you that on 13 May 2026, an Addendum to the Collective Investment Contract (KIK) for Syailendra Sharia Money Market Fund (SSMMF) was executed, containing the following changes to the Addendum KIK SSMMF:

1. Change of Custodian Bank from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk to PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and change of purchase account effective as of 09 June 2025.

Account Name	: Syailendra Sharia Money Market Fund Class B

3. Clients who already hold units in Syailendra Sharia Money Market Fund prior to the effective date of the Multi Share Class feature implementation will automatically become unitholders of Syailendra Sharia Money Market Fund Class A as of 15 June 2026

The above changes have been announced by us through the Koran Jakarta newspaper on 17 March 2026 and the features of each share class of Syailendra Sharia Money Market Fund can be found in the updated prospectus which will be available on the PT Syailendra Capital website on 15 June 2026.
