NOTICE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES TO
THE COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT CONTRACT ('CIC') AND PROSPECTUS
OF SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND
Further to the planned changes to the CIC and Prospectus of SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND which were announced in the newspaper "Koran Jakarta" on 28 October 2024, we, PT Syailendra Capital, as Investment Manager of SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND, hereby announce that the changes to the CIC and Prospectus of SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND have been implemented, as contained in Addendum VI of SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND.
This announcement is hereby communicated to the Unit Holders of SYAILENDRA EQUITY PLATINUM FUND and all interested parties.
